About Uday

Uday Waldorf-inspired School offers an experiential learning environment for children from 2 to 11 years. (Playgroup to Grade 5) .  Waldorf aims to prepare children for life, for the unseen by helping them understand themselves and others in the education process. Moving away from rote learning Uday believes in fostering imagination and creativity and provides a joyful learning environment, where each child’s dignity is respected and their uniqueness celebrated.

There are no textbooks, exams or competitions, as the school promotes collaboration, and taps onto the inner motivation every human has of the inner JOY OF LEARNING  rather than an external reason to learn.  Being a 100-YEAR-OLD, time-tested pedagogy, the experience and research suggest that self-motivated learners learn much deeper with much lesser effort.

We are glad to invite you to experience our world for a day through this carnival and meet our enlivened fear free children, the parents who chose this path for them and the teachers who hold the space for this nurturing journey with the children here.
