Conflict Management

LET US SORT IT OUT

Conflicts should never be left unresolved.”

We at Uday pay attention to each and every conflict which arises amongst the children. We believe conflicts are important as they give you a better understanding of you and your relationship with the world. If any issue arises in the kindergarten, the teachers help the children resolve them on the spot by understanding their needs and feelings. They also help them listen to the other person and understand their perspective. In grades, there is dedicated time, where the children practice listening to each other, understand their thought process and share their tensions, if any. This is also the time where they can talk about the impact of other person’s behaviour on them. It really brings a lot of harmony when they feel heard and find their discrepancies resolved. Non violent Communication by Marshall B. Rosenberg is our guiding light for our conflict management process.
